In this tutorial, I guide you through the process of my painting “Stella Maris” which features a beautiful golden statue by Alphonse Mucha. Since the original painting footage is over 6 hours long, I sped it up to be able to turn it into a video tutorial that covers the full painting!
I paint both with the Etchr Watercolors set and the Komorebi Watercolor palette by Mozart. The Komorebi watercolors lift off easier, so I use them for the face where I need to correct more whereas the Etchr Watercolors stay in the paper better – so I use them mainly for all the background elements! I also used a white Oil Pastel Pen for the highlights on the statue.
Hope you enjoy it! 😘
