Here is an easy to follow beginner tutorial with a full palette view and paint names! As a bonus I also show you how I did the sketch for this painting.
I painted this with Staining Watercolors from Schmincke on Fabriano Hot Pressed Satin Watercolor Paper for the first time since years. I must admit couldn’t say that the paper was significantly better than my Hahnemühle the Collection HP Paper. I mainly like Fabriano because of its beautiful abstractions and I will use the paper in future to experiment with is more.

Black, Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ocher, Cadmium Yellow Lemon, Geranium Red
Magenta, Hooker’s Green, Cobalt Green Turquoise, Prussian Blue, Ultramarine Blue
