In this tutorial I’ll show you some hatching techniques for colored pencils, how to avoid colored pencil grain and we’ll draw a portrait of a Nordic fairy tale character together! To make this tutorial not too complicated, this video is mainly about the painting process of the portrait, if you feel ambitious you can recreate the whole painting, and are welcome to watch the video to the end. But if you’re a beginner or don’t have much time to paint, just print out the sketch for the portrait and skip the non-portrait parts using the video chapters in the video description! 😊
