I just finished another character drawing "Vienna" for the romantic novel author Heather long! I find that this one turned out especially lovely and painting her took me only a few hours – very rewarding! 😍 (And I created the reference with Midjourney without using a lot of Photoshop this time – it already looked great!) 😊 Therefore I decided I will make this painting into the July tutorial – I will take about 2 weeks probably because I need to work on a large painting commission as well. Topics of this tutorial will be: wet-on-wet techniques, layering watercolors without lifting paint off and the right consitency of gouache paint. I will also include which colors to mix during the watercolor and gouache parts! 😊
