This was the first time using colored pencils and alcohol markers (need to practice!!). I’m pretty happy with everything except the hash markings and gouache accents at the end. I didn’t have a flat brush, but will invest in that for the next one.

Loved doing this piece! Still have to work on some parts that I had trouble doing, but overall, very excited to be part of it! I used metallic watercolour on the stars in her dress and to frame out sections of the "brooch" so they light up when the sun is just right. Thank you for sharing this beautiful watercolour with all of us! Spectacular.
