I just finished this painting just in time! This piece will be part of the upcoming "Folklore from the Ocean Floor" auction at the Bad Apple Artist Collective. The auction starts next week on Tuesday, May 28th at 5 pm and ends on Friday, May 31 at 5 pm EST. Originally, I wanted to paint a "true" mermaid with a tail visible, but I eventually chose a different composition. I'm really happy with how she turned out, and I'm excited for her to find a new home!
