The Vintage Egyptologist: Step-By-Step Watercolor & Mixed Media Tutorial!

My lovelies, I have such a treat for you! 😍 Not only are we recreating the famous “Judith and the Head of Holofernes” by Gustav Klimt in this watercolor and mixed media tutorial, we are also painting the gorgeous Dr. Colleen Darnell! Also known as the [Available for Members] on Instagram! She has been featured in many films like “Lost Treasures of Egypt” on Disney Plus and several Youtube Videos! I have been a fan of her since I first saw her and I immediately wanted to paint her. 🤩 She created a set of gorgeous photos for this tutorial and was so kind to allow us to recreate her beautiful portrait!

For this lesson, you will need golden paint, ideally gouache paint, but acrylic works, too!
