️Here is the full painting process of my painting ‘Queen Tiye’ – I worked with staining watercolors from Schmincke again and for her skintones used burnt Sienna, Geranium Red, Lemon Yellow and Yellow Ochre. I also used Olive Green and Cerulean Blue to add blues and greens to the skin! For the background I used Finetech metallic gold colors and green metallic paints from a nonname brand. I ran out of masking fluid when painting this piece, otherwise I would have used it to mask the diamant pattern on the throne!
